KD spree – T2 – D1

7.15 am – Got up
7.30 am – 8.30 am : tried stuffing up myself with scrambled eggs + 1 glass water
10 am : black coffee – no sugar
(currently feeling all active and clear. Still yawning once in a while. overall condition seems to be good)
Water intake till 1.30 pm : 500 ml

1.30pm-3pm : home . Made boiled chicken with ranch dressing + 500 ml water
(nothing unusual so far, feeling a wee bit sleepy)… i’ve almost exhausted my daily Carbs allowance ~ 16.97 … dinner has to be almost nil carb.. hmm .. maybe my tin fish ?? Called up mom to know what brand i have stocked, she’s out shopping. So …till then i’m going to indulge myself in some green / black tea and water all the way till 10pm .. and yup .. nuts too..

Couldn’t go home as planned . Had to indulge on zafrani chicken tikka .

Note to self : parmesan cheese : seems to be salty , so skip salt next time. This thing might look like powder, but get clumped fast.
